In addition to his extensive experience in high-growth SaaS companies, Mike was the COO of Medidata Solutions, a publicly-traded provider of SaaS analytics solutions to the healthcare, life sciences and pharma markets. There he played a significant role in the company’s product development, data science, professional services and go-to-market operations, guiding its strategy to provide a comprehensive cloud platform that leverages data and analytics to transform clinical trials.

Prior to Medidata, Mike held senior leadership positions at ADP, including Corporate Vice President of Product Development & CIO, and SVP & General Manager of ADP’s global outsourcing business. He was also head of product development and technology operations for ADP, one of the world’s largest B2B cloud services providers, delivering critical services to over 600,000 companies and 39 million of their staff members worldwide.

Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Meredith Whalen

Meredith Whalen is IDC’s Chief Research Officer and member of the senior management team. She leads IDC's worldwide research organization, product management, marketing and client services functions. Ms. Whalen sets the direction and agenda for IDC's worldwide research products, fosters innovation, and ensures IDC clients have a valuable, personalized, and engaging experience.

Ms. Whalen’s international team of 1,100 analysts leverage research and advisory services to empower business transformation for the Global 2000, and counsel technology suppliers on creating effective offerings for the digital economy.

Ms. Whalen regularly presents at CIO and CXO summits in North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She oversees the CIO Executive Council, which provides strategic leadership development for transforming the C-suite at the world’s most influential and evolving organizations.

Ms. Whalen was previously Senior Vice President of IT Executive, Industry, Software and Services Research & CIO Executive Council. In her 20 years at IDC, Ms. Whalen has innovated industry research practices with such offerings as the Industry Insights business units, advising vertical industry advising on technology strategy, and IDC's DecisionScape methodology, a portfolio of decision-making methodologies that enable professionals to better plan, deploy and optimize their technology initiatives. Ms. Whalen founded IDC's IT Executive Research programs and architected the industry's first and most comprehensive business use case taxonomy. She holds a B.A. with honors from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. with honors with from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Management.

James Fisher

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, James oversees Qlik’s Corporate Strategy including Qlik's vision; strategic planning; market development and intelligence; corporate development and M&A activity; and Corporate Sustainability and Social Responsibility, which has been a long-term strength at the heart of Qlik’s culture. Prior to becoming Chief Strategy Officer, James first served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and most recently as Chief Product Officer.

James has two decades of experience in global software and consulting businesses focusing on analytics, performance management, finance, and mobile solutions. Prior to joining Qlik, he ran product marketing for analytics, mobile and finance solutions at SAP. He also previously held various marketing and consulting roles at BusinessObjects, Cartesis and PwC.

James resides in the UK and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Kingston University.

Drew Clarke

EVP, Data Business Unit, Qlik

As General Manager, Drew leads the product engineering and R&D, product marketing, product management, product led growth and offering management teams related to Qlik’s data software portfolio, including both the Qlik Data Integration and Talend solutions. Prior to this role, Drew served as Qlik’s Chief Strategy Officer, managing Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Sustainability.

Previous to Qlik, Drew was an Integration Executive for mergers & acquisitions at IBM. Drew has also held senior positions at various leading technology companies, including Vice President, North America Channel Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing at Cognos Software; Vice President, Global Marketing Operations at PTC; and Senior Director at Siebel Systems in various positions, including product management, field marketing, investor relations and business development.

Drew has a BS in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has served as a Captain in the United States Army with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Brendan Grady

As General Manager, Brendan leads the product engineering and R&D, product marketing, product management, product led growth and offering management teams related to Qlik’s analytics offerings. Prior to this role, Brendan served as VP and General Manager for Qlik Cloud.

Previously, Brendan has led multiple sales and go-to-market organizations over his career, including Worldwide Digital Sales Leader for Watson Analytics at IBM, Worldwide IT Portfolio Manager at Cognos and multiple roles at PTC.

Brendan holds a BA in German Studies from University of Maine, MA in German Studies from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, and MA, German from Bowling Green State University.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys skiing in his free time and teaches skiing to people of all ages and skills. He is an avid traveler and his passion for exploring new cultures and languages is reflected in his fluency in German and French.

As SVP, Customer Success & Operations, Jamie is responsible for driving customer success & adoption and CSO operations for Qlik, globally. In this role, Jamie brings 20 years of industry expertise building and leading high performing, global teams to deliver on key company goals while providing exceptional experiences for customers. Prior to Qlik, she was with Talend for three and a half years serving as both the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer. At Talend, Jamie led all post sales functions as CCO and IT, Security, Data Analytics and Transformation in her COO role. Jamie has held leadership roles in customer success, public sector and operations at SAP Concur, Dell and Northrop Grumman earlier in her career.

Greg Robinson

A 33-year veteran of NASA, Greg Robinson is the former director of the $10 billion dollar James Webb Space Telescope (Webb). With 100 times more power than its predecessor, the Hubble Telescope, Webb is considered one of NASA’s greatest achievements of the 21st century. Robinson’s role in not only turning around an over budget program that was tarnished by a series of setbacks—but actually raising its efficiency rating from 55% to 95%—is attributed to his winning leadership style and willingness to shake up the status quo. He is credited with radically streamlining communications with multiple stakeholders (including four different committees in Congress, the Office of Management, Budget, aerospace contractors, international space agencies, the White House and more), smoothing political tensions, motivating teams and elevating transparency. He also drew widespread praise for his calm, soft-spoken leadership and communications style, and effective oversight of nearly 20,000 scientists, engineers and support staff in 29 countries and 14 U.S. states.

Today, Webb is one million miles from Earth, transmitting never-before seen images. Over its projected 20-year lifespan, the space observatory is expected to capture galaxies being born and record the very origins of the universe itself, in many ways thanks to Robinson’s quiet, unassuming and highly effective leadership.

In honor of his achievements, Robinson was named to TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022 and EBONY’s 2022 Power 100 lists, and is a recipient of the TIME100 Impact Award. He was named 2022 Federal Employee of the Year and received the 2022 Distinguished Presidential Rank Award, one of the highest awards bestowed upon career senior executives by the President of the United States of America. His talents were also recognized by Columbia University, which recruited him to the faculty of the School of Professional Studies, where he now lectures on information and knowledge strategy and leading large, complex projects.

Dr. Rumman Chowdhury

Dr. Rumman Chowdhury is a pioneer in the field of applied algorithmic ethics, creating cutting-edge socio-technical solutions for ethical, explainable and transparent AI. She is currently the CEO and founder of Parity, an enterprise algorithmic audit platform company. Previously, Dr. Chowdhury was the Director of META (ML Ethics, Transparency, and Accountability) team at Twitter, leading a team of applied researchers and engineers to identify and mitigate algorithmic harms on the platform. She also served as Global Lead for Responsible AI at Accenture Applied Intelligence. She currently serves as co-chair of the RSA’s Citizen AI Jury and actively participates in IEEE standards committees, the Partnership on AI, as an advisor to the UK House of Lords Parliamentary group on AI, and other global AI and ethics organizations.

Dr. Michael Bronstein

DeepMind Professor of Artificial Intelligence, University of Oxford

Michael Bronstein is the DeepMind Professor of AI at the University of Oxford. He was previously Head of Graph Learning Research at Twitter, a professor at Imperial College London, and held visiting appointments at Stanford, MIT, and Harvard. He is the recipient of multiple awards, including the EPSRC Turing AI World Leading Research Fellowship, Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award, and the Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal. Michael is a serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple startup companies, including Novafora, Invision (acquired by Intel in 2012), Videocites, and Fabula AI (acquired by Twitter in 2019).
